How the range is organised
Products sit in our product categories: fly screens and door curtains (including window screen kits), garden and lawn, silk and satin, scarves and shawls, bedding and linen, bird control, bathroom and mobility, health and air quality, bike accessories, kids and baby, tools and hardware and home and living. Where a product comes in sizes or colours, each one has its own page and its own price, and you can switch between them from the product page.
Check the size before you order
Screen doors, garden edging, sheets, pillowcases and sleepwear all come in sizes. Measure first. For a magnetic screen door, measure the inside of the door frame. For garden edging, measure the run in metres. For sleepwear, compare the size chart on the product page with a garment you already own.
Read the specifications
Each product page lists the materials, dimensions and what is in the pack. If a product needs batteries, a power supply or fixings, the page says so. If something is not clear, email us before you order and a person on our team will answer.
Delivery
We dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Working days leave out weekends and public holidays, and remote and regional addresses may take longer. Delivery is free across South Africa on orders of R750 or more, and R250 including VAT below that.
Buying for a date
For a birthday, a move or a project with a deadline, allow at least two weeks from ordering. We cannot promise delivery on a set day.
Returns
If you change your mind, return the product unused in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery and we refund the price you paid; you pay the return postage. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 covers you and we pay the return postage.
